Request Your ADHD Meds online
Only use this form if you have been prescribed ADHD meds here in UCC Student Health within the last 12 weeks.
You will need to be logged on using your UCC email student email address.
Allow at least 1 week when requesting a new prescription.
A BP/ HR check within the last 6 months will be needed before a prescription can be issued. Please phone Student Health 021 490 2311 to schedule this.
