Ms Shauni Fitzgerald
Ms Fitzgerald is currently employed as a research assistant on the DEDIPAC, determinants of diet and physical activity project. She acquired a Masters in Nutritional Science from the Department of Food and Nutritional Science, University College Cork. Her Master’s thesis was entitled ‘Seasonal differences in exposure to polyphenols from berries in nationally representative samples of Irish adults and children’ She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health & Health Promotion (2013) from the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health and her main interests are nutritional epidemiology and diet related diseases
