Congratulations to our newest graduates!
The Spring Conferrings for students graduating in the College of Medicine and Health took place on Wednesday 29th March in UCC's historic Aula Maxima.
Professor Ella Arensman, Head of the School of Public Health commented; "It was a very impressive and engaging event, with the School of Public Health being represented with the highest number of students: seventy Masters of Public Health students and two students from the MSc in Occupational Health.
Sincere congratulations to our graduates, we are so proud of you all on your significant academic achievement.
Both the UCC President Professor John O’Halloran and the Head of the College of Medicine and Health, Professor Helen Whelton, were impressed by the number of students graduating from the School of Public Health and they expressed their gratitude to all staff involved in coordinating the programmes and teaching and supervision.
I also would like to express my sincere thanks to all the School's staff on the outstanding achievement of guiding and supporting so many students from the very start until the memorable achievement today.
It is both the achievements of the students and staff that make the School proud!"
