Congratulations to Dr Waleed Faisal and Prof Abina Crean on their recent joint patent filing for a new microneedle technology

Dr Waleed Faisal and Prof Abina Crean filed for a joint patent for new microneedle technology, which has been published by the International Bureau of WIPO on 17 December 2020 under Publication No: WO 2020/250210.

The invention relates to microneedles and microneedle drug delivery system (DDS). Also contemplated are methods of manufacture of microneedles and microneedle drug delivery system (DDS). The invention is based on outcomes for the Career-IT project led by Dr Waleed Faisal.
