Overseas Electives and Observerships

APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER 2025 HAVE NOW CLOSED.

Students who wish to come to UCC Paediatrics for an elective or observership can only be accommodated from June - August for a maximum of 4 weeks.

Applications can only be submitted through Incoming Medical Electives | University College Cork.    Contacting consultants directly will render your application void.

THE APPLICATION PORTAL FOR SUMMER 2026 WILL OPEN IN NOVEMBER 2025.

Please note that UCC School of Medicine currently cannot accept any further Erasmus placements.
