University College Cork Protected Disclosures Report

Context: The Protected Disclosures Act 2014 requires public bodies to prepare and publish a report before the 30 June in each year confirming the number of protected disclosures made to the relevant public body in the preceding year and the action taken in response to the protected disclosure.

Report: Having regard to the above, University College Cork confirms that it did not receive any new protected disclosures in 2018/19. Two protected disclosures received in previous years are still under review/pending (received 2.10.2017 and 26.8.2017 respectively).
