Governance

The Governance Unit is a trusted advisor to many stakeholders in University College Cork including through the provision of corporate governance advice and support to a range of bodies, boards and committees across the University. This includes administrative support and guidance to the Governing Authority of the University and its sub-committees. The Governance Unit also provides company secretariat support to the several subsidiary companies in the UCC Group. The Governance Unit is responsible for the framework through which University Policies are developed and also for managing several compliance related policies. The Unit also drafts and maintains the Statutes and Regulations that underpin University College Cork.
