If planning an event, please log it on the UCC Services Portal
For lectern & projector
- Switch on the computer at the lectern.
- Log in to software of choice, Teams, Panopto. Zoom etc.
- Switch on the video wall by pressing the On button on the Extron system controller on the wall.
- Ensure the volume is turned up on the Extron controller.
- Push PC button on Extron controller.
- Use HDMI or USB C cable to connect to laptop – cable will be on the desk.
- Mac laptops may require you to bring an adapter.
- Zoom is adjustable on the camera, please use the camera remote control for this.
