GA1120: Introduction to Modern Irish

Course Summary

This course is a comprehensive introduction to the Irish language and culture. It is intended for students who have no previous knowledge of Irish and particular emphasis will be placed on the spoken language.

The course runs for 10 weeks and three hours of classes are arranged every week. Homework may also be given to students.

Registration

An application form for this course will be available outside ORB G01 O'Rahilly Building at the start of the semester. Once completed, the application form can be handed in to Isobel (ORB G05).

Fee

This course is free of charge. (There is a fee of €50 for non-credit students. This fee will be collected in the first class.)
