The Centre for Criminal Justice & Human Rights is pleased to announce its next lunchtime Seminar series:
"The Report of the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman into Personal Independence Payment and Systemic Administrative Justice” Professor Robert Thomas.
Friday 8th March 1-2pm in AL1.33
Professor Robert Thomas (University of Manchester) will be speaking about his research on the NI Ombudsman Own Initiative Investigation into Personal Independence Payments (PIP) and what it can tell us about administrative justice. The talk will reflect on the differences between individual and collective justice and the role of, and challenges faced by Ombuds as they investigate and respond to systemic maladministration.
