Virtual Labs Projects wins at Education Awards
The HCI Pillar 3 Virtual Labs Project is a shining example of what can be achieved through collaborative innovation in education. Winning the Best Collaboration Project award at the Education Awards 2024 is a significant accomplishment, reflecting the project's impact on enhancing learning through technology.
The Virtual Labs Project also finished in the top 6 for the overall award.
This partnership between UCC, Maynooth University, Dublin City University, Technological University of the Shannon, and Dundalk Institute of Technology exemplifies the power of collaboration in advancing educational frontiers.
Dr. Eric Moore and colleagues at UCC's School of Chemistry deserve special recognition for their pivotal role in this project. Their expertise and commitment have been instrumental in pushing the boundaries of educational technology with the Science Studio in UCC's Kane Building.
This award not only honours their hard work and dedication but also sets a benchmark for future endeavours in creating dynamic and engaging learning environments.
Congratulations to all involved in the Virtual Labs Project for setting a high standard in educational excellence and innovation.
