BSc in Biochemistry 2015 conferrings
Thirty five of our BSc (Hons) Biochemistry students graduated at a ceremony on Monday, 19 October 2015.
An inspirational commencement address was given to the graduates by Mr Aaron Forde, CEO, Aurivo Co-operative Society Ltd and Director and Chairman of Ornua (Irish Dairy Board). Mr Forde is a graduate of UCC and has extensive experience in the Agri/Food sector, having served as managing director of Adams Food Ingredients from 1993 to 2001 and prior to that having held senior positions with Kerry Foods and Laird Foods.
Following the conferring ceremony David O’Sullivan was presented with the Art Champlin Gold Medal as top Biochemistry graduate. David is currently a Graduate Entry to Medicine student in UCC
The staff in the School would like to wish all the graduates every success in their careers ahead.
