Iftekharul Islam Shovon obtained his BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) in 2018 from North South University (NSU), Dhaka, Bangladesh, and an MSc in Computer Science in 2023 from Chosun University, South Korea. He is currently pursuing a PhD at University College Cork (UCC), focusing on Hardware Security and Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI). His research aims to develop secure and trustworthy intelligent systems by integrating hardware-level security mechanisms with interpretable AI techniques.
