First Core-Group meeting in Hamburg

MultiLiLiTrans CA24127 held its first Core-Group meeting at the University of Hamburg at the end of January 2026
We had an inspiring and productive gathering of our COST Action MultiLiLiTrans with many literary and cultural discussions and a wonderful atmosphere overall. Thanks to Esther Kilchmann, our WG1 leader, for welcoming us in Hamburg.
Francesca Orsini from SOAS and Alexandra Buechler from Literature Across Frontiers provided very intriguing contributions for us - we are very grateful for that and delighted that they decided to stay on board of our project over the next four years as project advisers. Their experience and insights will be very valuable for our group, which currently has over 300 members across Europe and beyond.
The concept of our main MultiLiLiTrans publication was discussed in-depth - our gratitude goes to Esther Kilchmann, Hamburg (Working group leader 1: Research) and Dirk Weissmann, Toulouse (Vice-leader of Working group 1) for their thorough work on this.
