UCC Golf caters to golfers of all levels, from beginners to Irish Internationals. Our aim is to get as many people playing golf as possible! Whether you’re new to the game or looking to take your skills to the next level, UCC Golf offers a variety of activities to help you improve and make new friends.
We compete at a national level in Intervarsity and student championships, participating in both matchplay and Strokeplay events. These competitions take place at some of Ireland’s best courses, giving you a chance to test all aspects of your game. We’ve enjoyed notable success in these events in recent years.
Our annual Winter League matchplay series is another highlight, where we compete against our neighbours, MTU, at various golf clubs around Cork. This event provides a great opportunity to play competitively throughout the winter months while meeting new people from around the region.
We also organize internal competitions and social events for golfers without registered playing handicaps. Events like the Internal Stableford competition and our 9-hole social tournament offer great prizes and lots of fun.
