Growing Yourself
A seasonal opportunity to refresh your reading and resume or continue using a reading experience of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol for developmental purposes.
As we live busy lives, we may drop off from continuing our development sometimes, and we can pick it up again. We can read a book in many ways for both enjoyment and development: it is not the book that matters, but how we read it.
We need not waste any reading experience, and at the festive time of the year, many will be reading A Christmas Carol for a variety of reasons. This experience can be used to explore How We Think by observing Scrooge’s non-everyday experiences!
The only prerequisites are a festive spirit and mince pies and a warm seasonal drink. It is particularly suited as a seasonal event for Book Clubs.
Fee: TBC.

Meeting the Challenge of ‘Leadership’
Conventional Leadership Development is failing to meet the demands of the increasingly complex and uncertain world in which we live.
Executives and professionals at all levels face relentless pressures to work longer, produce more, and make decisions faster. At the same time demands are becoming more complex as laws and regulations change, market change, technologies advance, organisations become more complicated, and stakeholders’ expectations escalate.
What to Do About It?
We need to think anew about ‘Leadership’.
In this event, we go beyond the conventional leadership development methodologies and share a new approach that addresses the fundamental challenge of growing ‘The Leadership Mind’ for better individual and organisational performance.
