On behalf of the Human Resources Department in UCC, we were delighted to invite you to the 10th Annual Irish Universities Association Human Resources Conference.

Our 10th anniversary provided an opportunity to consider the role of HR in the current climate in Ireland.   The aim for all of us is to emerge from the challenges of the recession clearer and more effective in making our organisations better and more successful places to work and study.

We do hope you left UCC and Cork with a greater sense of the possibilities that exist in finding appropriate and effective strategies to respond to our current challenges and with a sense of energy and confidence in your individual and collective capability to implement them.
