Jennifer hurley, a recent graduate of the Diploma in Speciality Food Production was named Bank of Ireland/IGNITE Best Business at IGNITE Showcase & Awards Spring 2019 at University College Cork for her business   T4Adventure. The business has developed a nutritious food product for endurance athletes and adverturers, freeze-dried and packed in a biodegradable pouch. Jenn's ethos is to ‘Eat Well. Pack Light. Leave No Trace.’
