Your eligibility
To be considered eligible to graduate at Spring 2026 Conferrings you must pay all outstanding fees in full (students who pay after the deadline outlined by the Fees Office will not be put forward for Conferring) and fulfill all academic requirements.
Invitations will be sent to all eligible students in 2026.
Your parchment
Degree parchments will be distributed by the President on the day of your ceremony.
Graduates who cannot attend on the day will be conferred 'in abstentia'.
Your parchment will be sent via post to the permanent home address on your file. You must include your Eircode, postcode or ZIP code and your mobile telephone number (including country code). Please ensure we hold the correct address for you via your student admin portal by your ceremony date.
Preparing for the day
The Hub building on campus will be open for check in, gown collection, and photography 2 hours ahead of your ceremony. You are advised to arrive early and give yourself plenty of time for the pre-ceremony arrangements.
