This event launches two reports: the first report explores the experiences of homeless service users; the second report evaluates the responses of the Simon Communities during the pandemic. The research finds a strengthened implementation of existing policy aspirations towards a housing-led approach to homelessness, albeit facing obstacles of funding and appropriate housing supply.
