Cork Lifelong Learning Festival 2024: Join Us for a Cultural Exploration!
The Cork Lifelong Learning Festival, an annual extravaganza, is set to kick off in 2024, and Confucius Institute at University College Cork, as one of the organizers, eagerly awaits your participation!
This year, over four hundred free events will take place across various venues in the Cork area from April 10th to 17th. These activities span across education, entertainment, arts, technology, and more, aiming to cater to the diverse interests and needs of Cork's citizens. Whatever your interests may be, we believe you'll find an activity that sparks your interest.
In particular, UCC CI will host seven special events at Sheraton Court and the main campus of UCC, The Quad. These events, ranging from cultural experiences to culinary adventures, are designed to provide a platform for both local Irish citizens and the Chinese community to deepen their understanding of Chinese culture while fostering international friendships and cultural exchange. The highlight of the festival will be on April 17th, the final day of the festival, where distinguished guests and professors from Cork City Council, County Council, University College Cork, University of Limerick, and other institutions will share their unique stories and experiences with China. Seats are limited, and we sincerely invite you to register in advance.
