What Support Can I Expect As A QQI - FET Student?
- Guidance on reaching out to your academic department
- Advocate on your behalf
- 1:1 Tutorial Support (Access Skills Centre covers most modules)
- Group Tutorial Support (where appropriate)
- Assistance with study and examination techniques
- Help and guidance with time management skills
- Loan of a Laptop or Chromebook if you need it; (these are given out on a first-come, first-served basis)
- Listening ear if you would like to chat with someone about how your journey is going through UCC.

How Do I Book An Appointment With A QQI-FET Student Support Service?
Registered students who would like to make an appointment with a QQI-FET Student Support Officer can do this online via the MSO Canvas page. Please make your appointment using the appropriate link for your area of studies and please make sure to use your student Umail email address when booking.
