Maeve Fitzpatrick joined the Academy in February 2021, bringing strong experience in relationship management, organisation design, and project delivery. In 2024 Maeve was appointed as Head of Project Centre as part of the Academy’s Executive Team. Maeve is responsible for all aspects of client relationships, project delivery and team management.​

Maeve holds a Bachelor of Law from University College Cork, and is a certifiedPRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner and Prosci ADKAR Change Manager. From 2011, Maeve spent five years living and working in Perth, Western Australia, where she worked with two law firms in business partner and strategy roles, focusing on people, performance, and learning and development. ​

Returning to Ireland in 2016, Maeve joined PwC in Dublin working with their People &Organisation advisory practice. Until 2021, Maeve worked with public and private sector clients focusing on aspects of organisation design, change and transformation impacting these organisations and their people. ​

Based in Cork since 2018, Maeve is experienced in working with internal and external client leadership and stakeholders from working in both in-house and consultancy environments on complex engagements.
