At UCC Academy, we provide internal consultancy services to University College Cork. As CEO, I lead a dynamic team that supports and accelerates the delivery of UCC’s strategic priorities and global impact through project management and other consulting services. I’m passionate about purpose-driven leadership, organisational transformation, and building inclusive cultures that empower people to thrive.
Prior to joining UCC Academy, I spent over a decade at Accenture, culminating in my role as Chief of Staff to the Country Managing Director for Ireland. My consulting career spanned global markets—including New York, London, and Moscow—where I led complex strategy and change programmes for clients across industries. I bring a strong foundation in financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable business practices, underpinned by qualifications in Finance (UCC) and certifications in Management Accounting (CIMA), and Business Sustainability Management (University of Cambridge).
I also serve as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Sexual Violence Centre Cork, where I’m currently leading the development of the 2026 – 2030 strategy. Throughout my career, I’ve been a committed advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion—founding and sponsoring initiatives such as Accenture Ireland’s Anti-Racism Taskforce and the Asia Pacific & Middle East network.
