Dr Sinead Kinsella Intern medal 2026 event
UCC School of Medicine recently held the Dr Sinead Kinsella Intern medal 2026 event in honour of the late Dr Sinead Kinsella, graduate of the School of Medicine 2000 and winner of Intern prize 2001. Five shortlisted Interns presented very interesting cases on the night and the award went to Dr Aditi Gupta. Prep for Med - UCC Transitions Students into Medicine
Transition Year secondary school students from across Munster attended University College Cork’s School of Medicine ‘Prep-for Med’ Event on Friday 30th January 2026. This hugely popular programme allows young people to experience both the life and the facilities available to medical students’ in UCC’s School of Medicine.
