These grants support Action Participants affiliated with an institution located in an Inclusiveness Target Country / Near Neighbour Country for their participation in high-level third-party conferences before October 16, 2026.
ITC Conference grantees will receive support for attending and presenting their own work within the scope of the Action (oral presentation) in a conference.

Call for applications to the YRI Conference grant scheme are open from January 14. These grants support Action Participants under the age of 40 for their participation in high-level third-party conferences before October 16, 2026.

A proportion of grants will be reserved for Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) researchers, and for Young Researchers and Innovators (YRIs). These can be used to attend conferences to present an oral or poster presentation on research.
In Year 1 of the Action, Dissemination Conference Grants will also be awarded for the purposes of advertising and recruiting to the Action.
STSMs are exchange visits between researchers involved in a COST Action, allowing scientists to visit an institution in another COST Member state participating in STOCHASTICA. These scientific missions may last up to six months.
