CUBS Gaelic Players Association Scholarships
At a glance
- Value: CUBS will contribute 50% of the value of the fees, GPA will contribute 30% and the successful applicant(s) will contribute 20% towards a taught masters programme in Cork University Business School
- Applicants must apply for and have received an offer for a taught postgraduate programme in Cork University Business School (CUBS).
- Applications should be submitted using the application form below to Katherine Eaton Katherine.eaton@ucc.ie
At GPA, we’re dedicated to fostering academic excellence and professional growth by offering a diverse range of educational opportunities nationwide. Our enhanced scholarships provide members with the chance to pursue partially a partially funded MSc in Cork University Business School.
Entry criteria : Applicants must have received an offer and accepted a place on one of the taught masters programmes in CUBS. Applicants must submit a personal statement outlining their reasoning for completing a masters programme in the chosen subject area through the link: here
Applicants must be members of the Gaelic Players Association
Open to EU applicants
Detail:
Applications must include a short personal statement in response to the following (max. 500 words):
"What inspired you to pursue a master’s degree at this stage in your career, and how do you envision it helping you achieve your personal or professional goals?"
Selection:
A subgroup of the graduate studies committee will consider submitted applications.
Please note if a scholarship holder withdraws from the programme for which they have registered or fails to continue throughout the year to meet the attendance and other requirements for the programme, including examination entry, they may be required to repay to the College the whole or part of the scholarship
Closing date for applications: 11th August 2025
