QS World University Rankings 20th Edition Highlights Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics' Success in Employability and Sustainability

In the recently unveiled 20th edition of the QS World University Rankings, the Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics' has emerged as a standout example  of excellence in both employability and sustainability.

This year's QS rankings, renowned for their emphasis on evaluating universities based on their contributions to societal needs and global challenges, have introduced three new metrics: Sustainability, Employment Outcomes, and International Research Network. Against this backdrop, UCC's Department of Pharmacology has showcased remarkable achievements.

 

Pharmacy & Pharmacology has achieved notable success. Particularly noteworthy is the department's ascent in the rankings, securing the 94th position. This represents a commendable rise of 5 places from the preceding year, underscoring the department's commitment to academic excellence and real-world impact. The inclusion of Pharmacy & Pharmacology's success in the QS rankings reflects a broader recognition within the academic community of the importance of factors beyond traditional academic achievements.
