Student Application Process

Visiting EU Students (non Erasmus) are required to complete UCC's online application form before the below deadlines. https://ucc.moveon4.de/form/69720168c0fda91b1d0d666d/eng

Students are also required to upload the following documents to their online application form:

Official Transcript of Records (officially marked examination results)
Transcript of Records in English (if your official transcript is not in English)
Learning Agreement (Before section) This is where you will list your provisionaly courses
Copy of Passport or Official State/Government ID

English language proficiency

As part of the application process, UCC does not require Erasmus students to submit English language tests

Lectures are usually conducted through the medium of English.
A good knowledge of English is therefore essential in order to be able to understand lectures and to be able to work with English language text books.

English language courses available during the semester for Erasmus/Visiting students:

Subject to availability and departmental approval

Students are required to study modules within the Erasmus exchange agreement that is in place with your home university

Once your application to UCC has been confirmed by the International Office, you will receive an email with a link to the online accommodation (housing) application form.
A pre-arrival webinar will be provided. Details will be provided via email however it typically takes place 2 months before arrival
