Our Journey Into Digital Inclusion

Welcome to the Inclusive UCC website! The Inclusive UCC project within University College Cork was dedicated to promoting digital inclusion for all students. The Project ran from 2021 until 2025 to help UCC become a leader in digital accessibility, ensuring everyone has equal access to the university's learning resources. This project has now concluded with the resources it created now available online to staff and students. The work and project areas it initiated continues in other departments across the University as UCC seeks to embed a whole of University approach to Universal Design and Digital Inclusion.

As a result of the Inclusive UCC initiatives digital content is becoming more accessible to our diverse student population as digital inclusion is essential for creating a level playing field and providing equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their background or abilities.
