WARNING! This is a shoreface location so please check weather conditions and tides before you visit.This is a rocky coastal location with uneven terrain. Take care as rocks can become slippery when wet. Full access to the rocks containing the fossils at this location is only possible at low tide. Park at the Whitepark Beach car park and access the beach using the ramp. Walk NE along the beach towards the cliffs.

Walk east along the beach to the relatively flat lying exposures of chalk along the beach, you can also explore the cliffs here but take care of unstable slopes and overhangs. Belemnite fossils can be seen in the chalk. Echinoid fossils may also be found here.
