Outline
This 6-day online course aims to give a solid grounding in the theory and practice of Lean. The content is designed to provide a practical understanding of the thinking and practice of Lean in Food and Drink companies. A Lean Green Belt certificate will be awarded after passing an end-of-course examination and completing an improvement project that showcases what you have learned and applied. The training will feature practical exercises and interactive discussion to ensure your ability to apply what is learned.

Requirements
Managers, supervisors and team leaders in all functional areas within food and drink companies. Attendees need to have an interest in learning how to tackle improvement opportunities in manufacturing, new product development and management processes
Fees and Costs
The full cost of the course is €1,850 per participant; this includes 6 days of interactive learning, softcopy set of notes, all course templates and tools for use in future improvement projects, ongoing advice and support in doing your Lean Green Belt project, the end-of-course certificate and two digital badges.
The cost of the course can be subsidised by €400 by the Taste4Success Skillnet for eligible applicants, and in that case the cost to the company per attendee would be €1,450. The workshop will have a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 12 people attending.
