Universities worldwide are recognizing the importance of wellbeing in student success. At UCC, this commitment is taking shape through a new initiative launching in September 2025. First-year students will engage with Jumpstart Your Success: Everyday Matters, a self-paced online unit designed to help them "learn to be well" so they can "be well to learn." This is designed by our very own, Dr. Eithne Hunt from the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy.
