International Vascular Cork Course 5 & 6 November 2026
The International Vascular Cork Course 2026 is brought to you by UCC/College of Medicine & Health. It will be held in the ASSERT Centre, on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th of November 2026.
Participants will gain hands-on experience with one full day of open surgical dissection and reconstruction procedures on cadavers in our state-of-the-art surgical skills laboratory. The simulated operating rooms feature integrated audio-visual facilities to allow for real time and post-procedure feedback from expert faculty. The second day will comprise two modules (i) bench-based large and small vessel anastomosis skills, and (ii) teaching on Endovascular Aneurysm Repair simulators.
We will limit the numbers so that there will be a maximum of 2 participants per cadaver, with one-to-one tuition from the expert Faculty.
