Tours of the UCC Arboretum are regularly provided by Dr Eoin Lettice and Dr Barbara Doyle Prestwich for a variety of interested parties as well as for public events (e.g. Tree Week, Culture Night, Science Week, etc.), Free public tours are often advertised on the UCC Arboretum social media as well as this website. 

Tours may also be facilitated for specific groups who want to know more about the collection. In the past tours have been provided for school groups (primary and secondary); industry groups; visiting delegations and other interested parties. 

Please note, we try our best to facilitate tours but it is dependent on the availability of staff. While school groups and other qualifying groups can avail of tours free of charge, it is our practice to charge for other groups, including those from industry, etc. All funds raised are used to support the activities of the UCC Arboretum research group.
