Module Overview
- This is a micro credential encompassing 3 parts.
- Part 1. What is change? Objective: deep understanding of change from an experiential, theoretical and skill-based perspective.
- Part 2. Behavioural change applied to public administration. Objective: learn about behaviour change tools developed for public administration.
- Part 3. Implementation and finding synergies (breaking silos) + organisational change. Objective: apply to own specific job.
