To provide a the services of a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) to the European Wave and Tidal Energy Conference (EWTEC).

The Work

To scope the requirements for a PCO to run a 5 day conference with on site as well as offsite activities
To set up and manage the ticketing registration system and income from the event
To mange sponsors, exhibitors and side event holders
To manage and update the existing website, social media and email lists
To work closely with the organiser in developing the programme
To procure and arrange payment all of the product and services
To organise a media campaign
