Jenny Keane is a graduate of UCC with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Jenny has over 6 years’ experience working in Supply Chain and Operations, with a strong background in project management, forecasting and process optimisation. She worked in PepsiCo and more notably Apple, where she spent over 5 years working across various roles. Here, she worked primarily in new product launches for the EMEIA region, eventually becoming a project manager and leading launches for multiple products.  ​

​Jenny also has a wealth of experience working in the Arts sector having produced a play for the 2017 Cork Midsummer Festival and later working in Fundraising and Development for The Everyman theatre.​

​Jenny joined UCC Academy as a Project Officer in February 2024. She provides organisational, management and administrative support to a variety of projects. Her clients have included the Alumni and Development Office, the Office of Marketing and Brand Identity (OMBI) and the Mardyke Arena. She is currently working on the HEA Space Utilization Survey for Buildings & Estates.​
