I am delighted to welcome you to our website. Equity of Access to higher education has been a national priority in Ireland for over a decade. In UCC we recognise the importance of assisting students from lower socio-economic groups, those with a disability and mature students to overcome the barriers that they face in reaching their full educational potential. UCC is fully committed to widening participation to allow for greater access to higher education. Through the Disability Support Services (DSS) office, the Mature Student Office (MSO) and the UCC PLUS+ office, UCC continues to offer pre-entry, post-entry support to these students along with integrating them into student life.
