How to make an appointment with us
Please click either the Student Budgetary Advisor or Student Assistance Fund box below to make an appointment. Select a date that suits you and then click on that date so you can choose a time to meet with an advisor online by completing the instructions.
Ensure you put in your full name, ucc student umail address, phone number and the main purpose of the visit.
New appointment times will be added each week for the forthcoming weeks. For example, on Monday the appointments for the following Monday, on Tuesday the appointments for the following Tuesday, etc., will become available.
Student Assistance Fund Team
If you are unable to complete your application online, complications with the assessment tool due to your unique situation, believe that the guidance produced from the assessment tool varies from your actual situation, had a change of circumstances, travelled or worked abroad or have a complex situation, then you need to make an appointment through this website. There are multiple options available each week so you can come and have a chat with one of our advisors. This informal chat will clarify what you need to provide to satisfy the requirements.

Student Budgetary Advisor
If you are facing complications with SUSI, DEASP, have a complex financial situation or just want someone to talk to about planning your time in UCC, making an appointment with the Budgetary Advisor may be the best port of call for you!
The Student Budgetary Advisor will be able to assist you in the following areas:
- SUSI
- Social Welfare
- 1916 Bursary
- New Avenues to Teaching
- Budgeting and financial planning
- And much much more
