The Division of Work and Organisational Psychology (DWOP) is a division of The Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), a professional body, representing more than 120 Work and Organisational Psychologists who serve a variety of workplaces and organisations throughout Ireland. The DWOP dissertation award commenced in 2022.
This award acknowledges the top dissertation marks from one student in each of the DWOP-accredited programmes from DCU, UCC and UL. The UCC award acknowledges the top dissertation marks in the DWOP-accredited programme MA Work and Organisational Psychology. The award consists of an award certificate, and one year of free membership of PSI and DWOP.
