- Erasmus students will be required to complete a Learning Agreement for their home university.
- Students should seek advice from their coordinator at their home university regarding the academic requirements
- Learning agreements are provisional and modules are still subject to change, cancellation, refusals, not running etc
Learning Agreement FAQ
How do I find information on the learning agreement process?
- Students must ask their home universities about their process (including deadlines)
- UCC cannot advise as the process varies at each university
- A learning agreement must be signed by the student, their home university and University College Cork
How do I know which modules I can list on my learning agreement?
- Erasmus students can only choose modules (classes/courses) under the exchange agreement we have with your home university.
- If unsure of what subject area the agreement is under, please ask your home university
- You can only choose classes from this list: Book of Modules for Visiting Students
What happens if I complete my learning agreement incorrectly?
- Your learning agreement will be rejected and you must submit a new learning agreement.
When my learning agreement is signed by UCC, am I guaranteed entry into those classes?
- No, your learning agreement is provisional. We cannot guarantee any modules until official enrolment.
Do I complete a new learning agreement if my modules change after official registration
- Yes, you must update your learning agreement if you change modules
- The UCC International Office do not sign these changes until mid-September (semester 1) and mid-Janaury (semester 2)
