NT2013 Fundamentals of Nutrition
In this co-learning module, CSC students, Food Science and other students explore how diet can support human health. Together they learn about the effect of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals on the body.
This module is taught by id+ Project Fellows Dr Aine Hennessy, Dr Grainne Kent and Dr Alice Lucey of UCC’s Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences.
