There is limited parking, space for approx. 5 cars, at the end the laneway which adjoins this fossil site. WARNING: this is a tidally affected and exposed coastal location. Check the tides and weather conditions ahead of your visit. Good mobility and balance is required and outdoor shoes (hiking boots, trail runners) are strongly advised.
Fossil Info
The most abundant fossils in this location are solitary with smaller numbers of colonial corals and brachiopods. The brachiopods are mostly white, and while much less abundant than the corals in the location, are easily identified as they appear in start contrast to the darker coloured rock.
