This locality can be access directly from the small parking area at Akeragh Beach, or, by walking north along the beach, from the larger Banna Strand carparks. There are two fossil bearing rocky outcrops at this location. WARNING! This is a rocky coastal location with uneven terrain. Take care as rocks can become slippery when wet. Full access to the rocks containing the fossils at this location is only possible at low tide.
