The Department of Food Business and Development is a leader in research and teaching in all aspects of the food supply chain, from farm to consumer.
The Department staff conducts research in Food Business, Co-operative Business, Rural Development and International Development. All aspects of the Food Chain, from farm to consumer, are researched, including food safety issues.
