Visiting Living Seawalls
The Living Seawalls are free and open to the public year-round. We encourage you to visit the Seawalls and get up close and personal with the biodiversity growing on them!
If you want to visit one of our Living Seawalls, check the map below to find out where they are and how to get there.
Important notices before visiting the seawalls:
- The seawalls are located on slipways next to the water, so we urge you to exercise caution when visiting them, and always supervise children if bringing them along.
- The seawalls are only accessible during low tide, so make sure to check when low tide is when planning your trip.
- In the same vein, check the weather conditions before you visit to make sure it is safe.
- While we encourage you to get up close and personal with the panels, please keep in mind that this is an ongoing scientific experiment, so we would ask that you please refrain from touching the seawalls.
- We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents or other damages incurred by you or anyone in your party or any equipment or other materials present during or after your visit to the seawall.
If you have any questions or concerns about your visit, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
