First Workshop

In the first workshop, we brought community-based, arts-based and social action research practitioners/community partners together for the first time using a world cafe dialogue format.

As a group we discussed and questioned what ethics means in our work and the ethical challenges we face. We shared learning and best practice in our dialogue groups.

Following the workshop, five core themes were identified and subsequently refined through the extensive information and feedback collected both during the session and afterwards over email.

We worked with Becky Hatchett, Artist who produced visual graphics based on the work completed in first workshop. These graphics were shared with our collaborators and formed the foundations of the work developed and completed in the second workshop.
