BiographyHaving attained my bachelor's degree in Physics from Heidelberg University (Germany) in 2024, I have continued with my master studies in Heidelberg, during which I am now visiting UCC as part of an Erasmus research internship. My work so far has primarily involved the analysis of stellar substructure in high-resolution zoom-in cosmological simulations. During my bachelor's I worked on identifying and classifying such structure with data-driven models, while my current project aims to connect stellar substructure with massive black holes and their respective evolution in high-redshift galaxies. My main research interests are consequently galaxy formation and evolution, especially the hierarchical growth of galaxies and the interactions between host and satellites. |
