In this hands-on cadaver course you will get almost one-to one expert faculty feedback while learning operative approaches such as subfrontal, bicoronal and interhemispheric transcallosal. You will increase you knowledge of sellar and suprasellar lesions management.
This hands-on cadaver course will take place in the surgical skills lab and is taught with a high faculty to participant ratio. This will give the participants an opportunity to discuss procedures with faculty directly and get real-time and post-procedure feedback from them. Initially the course will concentrate on the anterior skull base with a review on the operative management of sellar and suprasellar lesions. Key operative approaches will be demonstrated and practiced such as the lateral skull base, subfrontal, bicoronal and the interhemispheric transcallosal approaches.
